Think are Saving Money Purchasing from China?

• You’ll obtain a discount, but the chamber shipment will arrive on your street curb. It is up to you to bring it inside and set it up correctly without breaking. For a soft chamber this is not difficult, however, with a hard chamber, you would have to hire a fork lift to carry it off the truck. You would, then, have to have hands to move your chamber inside, requiring you to manage and maneuver it through the door, though your home or facility, and set it up.                                           .

• There is, at the most limited, or possibly, no support setting up your chamber. There is no training or future support. Most of the units don’t even come with Instructions.

• When you require service, you must text the Chinese manufacturer. You’ll never speak to someone, only text. You would have to prove your warranty and that the defect is covered by the warranty and not due to your own fault. You would potentially have to ship your chamber back to China for major repair. Maintenance parts come from China. You would need to figure out how to install with little support.

• Receiving your chamber will take 1 month for a soft chamber and 4 months for a hard oneas you wait for it to ship from China.

• Low-end Chinese chambers come with their own problems. Some chambers do not reach the right pressure due to low-performing compressors. Many oxygen concentrators do not perform up to and output of 95% pure oxygen. They potentially max out at 70%, again, due to a weak compressor.*Tested and verified by a hyperbaric expert.

Purchasing from US Distributors are Vying for the Sale

• Buy your chamber from a Multiple product dealer – No specialty. Notice that the majority of Distributors are a conglomerate or ‘health’ devices. What this means is that they are not specialized in Hyperbaric-excellence along with the challenges associated with the therapy.

• When calling some of these distributors, you may get an unskilled order taker, who knows nothing about what you receive with your chamber or any of the specs. You are not likelly to receive any further support, and any support may encounter difficulties with finding solutions.

• Customers are being used as a ‘Quick Sale’. When you have nothing else to offer but a chamber, the only means of selling are Price Wars! Dealers cut each other’s throats in competing for your Purchase. But most of them are simply middlemen who return back to the manufacturer to ship your chamber to you from China. So, the chamber arrives much the same way as if you made the purchase overseas. No instructions – No means of helping your understand the chamber. You might have to figure it out through a video. If you do receive White Glove service, it will be through a US company covering the whole US, and so limited further support.                                                    .

• With a bulk of distributors, your order, passed back to China, much as if you purchased there yourself. taking the standard number of months of waiting time. A very few dealers have inventory for prompt shipment. But the challenge is still iin finding quick and simple repair time, since every distributor uses the same two industry repair techs – spread way too thin to respond quickly for your needs.              .

• When you require service or a repair, distributors have to go back and haggle with China for an OK to help you. You might have to fight them over parts. Then, they do not have the parts in-house. You have to wait for a part to be shipped to you from China. Additionally, you will not be clued in to maintenance support details. Chambers require regular maintenance throughout the years. Will you know when or what?

• When you are due for service, you encounter a dealer tied in with a single hyperbaric US-support company. Your dealer, himself, has no experience or expertise with your chamber so passes you onto the warranty-support company. There is a single person on-staff to maintain support, nationwide. What this means to you: you’ll be juggled around until this individual has the time to help you.                                                            .
