SHALLOW BREATH — IS A BREATHING DYSFUNCTION  — (HIGHER IN WOMEN THAN MEN) HYPERVENTILATION AND BREATHING UPPER-CHEST-ONLY WILL HURT YOUR HEALTH.
TO PRODUCE HEALTHFUL EFFECTS YOU HAVE TO BREATHE DEEP DOWN INTO YOUR STOMACH.  WHEN YOU SHALLOW BREATHE, IMPORTANT O2 IS NOT ACTUALLY DELIVERED TO YOUR ORGANS IN ORDER TO FEED THEIR FUNCTIONS

SHALLOW BREATH CAUSES YOUR BODY TO LOSE TOO MUCH CO2 — THIS SADLY CAUSES  YOUR HEMOGLOBIN TO THEN HOLD ONTO HEALTHY O2, RATHER THAN DISTRIBUTE IT TO THE BODY.
THE BLOOD THAT HOLDS ONTO THE O2 DOES NOT DELIVER THIS O2 TO YOUR ORGANS — EVEN THOUGH YOUR BLOOD HAS ENOUGH OF IT.

IF THERE IS A LOT OF CO2 – THESE SENSORS TELL THE HEMOGLOBIN ‘I GOTTA DUMP THIS O2 OFF AT THE ORGAN’

IF THERE IS A LITTLE CO2 (FROM SHALLOW BREATH) – IT TELLS THE HEMOGLOBIN ‘THERE MUST BE ENOUGH O2 HERE, AND SO I WON’T DUMP O2 BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH CO2

HIGH PH / LOW CO2 – BLOOD HOLDS ONTO O2

WITH LOW PH / HIGH CO2 – IT MEANS THE HEMOGLOBIN IS DUMPED OFF THE O2. LESS O2 IS BOUND TO HEMOGLOBIN AND GIVEN TO THE ORGANS TO HEAL

HEMOGLOBIN KNOWS WHERE TO DISTRIBUTE ITS O2 BASED ON ALKALINITY AND CO2 LEVELS AROUND THE BODY. THEREFORE, IF YOU ARE NOT INHALING, YOU’RE BREATHING OFF TOO MUCH CO2 AND SO THE BLOOD WON’T RELEASE ITS BOUND-UP O2.

YOUR HEMOGLOBIN ALWAYS CARRIES TONS OF O2,  BUT IT HAS TO BE DELIVERED IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN HEALTH.

LOW O2 DISTRIBUTED AROUND THE BODY MEANS THERE’S A HIGHER DESIRE TO MISUSE DRUGS AND ALCOHOL — DUE TO NOT BREATHING PROPERLY.
A NEGATIVE MOOD IS ASSOCIATED WITH SHALLOW BREATHING PATTERNS.
BREATHING MAY AFFECT CRAVINGS/MOOD. JUST BREATHING PROPERLY CAN IMPROVE SYMPTOMS.

BREATH BEFORE YOU DRINK AN ENERGY DRINK.

TO BREATHE CORRECTLY START DOWN AT THE STOMACH AND GO UP. BREATHE LOWER.
