Promolife Low Flow CGA 540 Industrial Oxygen Tank Regulator

Promolife Low Flow CGA 540 Industrial Oxygen Tank Regulator

$69.95

The CGA-540 low flow regulator fits on an oxygen tank and regulates oxygen flow.

The low flow regulator flows oxygen from 1/32 to 4 liters per minute. It’s required if using an industrial oxygen tank in North America and select countries (international info below). This regulator will only work on a CGA-540 tank.

Flow sequence is 1/32, 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4. The low flow regulator operates at 50 psi.

International Oxygen Tanks

International customers (not in the USA) will probably need a different regulator. If you’re unsure which regulator you will need to use for your country then you can go here for more info: International Regulators

Also, this blog post covers many different styles of regulators for overseas customers. If you don’t know what regulator you need then please review this: Acquiring Oxygen for Ozone Worldwide

If you already know which one you need then please visit our oxygen tank regulator page to select the correct one for your tank. The product page description will also list the relevant countries that specific regulator will work in.

Due to the variety of tanks around the world, Promolife cannot guarantee a regulator will work on a specific tank outside of North America. You will want to contact your supplier to verify which regulator you need for the tank you will purchase.

Important Notes (all users)

The maximum pressure allowed in these regulators is 2600 psi. Many countries in Europe, Australia and a few others will typically fill beyond that (3000+ psi). You will need to discuss this with the oxygen tank supplier to ensure the pressure is well below the max limit to ensure the regulator isn’t compromised and no longer usable. Promolife is not responsible if the regulator is used with a higher pressure and damaged. A new regulator would have to be purchased.

Upon receipt of this item and before using, it is very important that you read the instructions in their entirety.

Warranty: This product carries a six month warranty. The warranty covers all defects for six months, during which time Promolife will replace a defective regulator. Using a regulator with a tank over 2600 psi will void this warranty.
